to control the script kiddies and others who have nothing better to do but figure out ways to hack sites and generally cause mayhem. The following policies have been enacted to protect our site.

• When you initially join, we must confirm you have entered a valid email address. A confirmation email will be sent to you within a few minutes.
• Once you confirm it by clicking the link, your membership will be activated and set to 'Standard'. At that point, an admin is notified of your successful email confirmation. Your profile will then be checked for completeness and your membership will be set to the proper TG level automatically within 24 hours. Unlike the old site, it is not necessary to request TG access once you have joined.
• If you don't confirm your email address within 7 days, your membership will be deleted. It is imperative that you respond to the confirmation email to successfully join our site.
• If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, check your 'Junk' email folder to make sure it wasn't flagged. If you are unsuccessful at confirming your email, you can contact the admin of this site for help.
• PLEASE NOTE: It is in your best interest to completely fill in your profile and also to keep it current. The information provided helps us decide at what level your membership is set.  Also, if we start getting your emails back, we will make one attempt to contact you. After that, your account will be suspended until the email address problem has been corrected.

PS, We highly recommend that you select "YES" to the Auto-Friend feature. IF YOU DON'T, you will be very lonely here. You cannot access anyone else on this site unless they are your friend! This community is all about connecting you to other members of the towing industry and this feature makes it a lot easier to accomplish that task.

Unlike other online towing & recovery communities, we have no interest in artificially inflating our membership numbers.
